Unfortunately, we ran into a few bumps during our stay. The balcony view was partially obstructed by a neighboring building, which was disappointing. The infinity spa pool was out of order, and although we had hoped to use the fire pits, they were not lit, even when the winds calmed down. Parking posed a challenge. it fills up quickly. Room amenities also fell short—a lack of coffee supplies and no extra towels without asking. I also experienced an issue with the TV that required a late night visit from the staff, and despite leaving a tip for housekeeping, the daily cleaning left something to be desired.
